Sunday #11- It’s new and we want to try it…



Hello beauties,

Can you believe that we are already on our Sunday #11? It’s insane how fast time passes. We’re thinking about making a giveaway, what do you think? Maybe on our #20 … first we need to think in the conditions to participate; what we can make; if it will be only for Instagram followers, twitter followers or WordPress followers? (As you can see, we really need to think about it).

But on other topic, how was your week, beauties? Good, bad, Comme ci, comme ça? Mine was fast and with a lot of work to do. Add it a broken pc (fortunately still in warranty) and you can imagine how was my week. Unfortunately, I am are so addicted to technology that when a gadget is broken I almost feel like I lost a member (a little bit dramatic). Do you feel the same?

So for now, I’m currently writing this post on my cellphone (I’m still learning a few hacks on my new iPhone) with all my ‘creative tools’ by my side. What’s your creative tools? I’m a simple girl, so mine are just chocolate and coffee.

Every week I share with you interesting things I found and this week I read an interesting article: Did you know that experts claim the key to a more creative workplace is very simple? Surround yourself with green hues. According to these experts, a day out in the countryside is what’s really needed.

I don’t know about you, but with the quantity of work that I have every day, I probably will opt for a countryside screensaver instead.

After seeing this collection I was a little bit torn in only choose one product, because I’m in love with matte lipstick in Austyn color but on the other hand I still want to try this fiber mascara. According to the Maybelline’s website the Gigi Hadid Fiber Mascara coats on dramatic length and volume for an irresistible and eye-catching look. I think that I’m talking for everybody when I say that Gigi eyelashes are to die for. And If this is her secret, I’m down for it!

Bad news is that this collection is still not available in my country, so I need to wait a little longer until a get this products on my hand.





# Jeffree Star Cosmetics Velour Lip Scrub Family Collection –  $12.00 each (€13.90)

Available in two flavors – Pancackes & Syrup and Peach Popsicle – this lip scrubs prepares the lips for seamless lipstick application. Gently exfoliating, transform dry, rough skin in just one use to create a soft finish. The only difficult is to choose between these two flavors. I’m a fresh and fruity kinda girl, so ‘Graçon, one Peach Popsicle for me, please’.

Remember last week when we introduce you to the Mac Christmas edition? Well, this week we continue. Maybe this lipstick is not the most flattering color for my skin tone, but it looks beautiful and I can’t wait to try it (hope this comes fast to my country).

The special packaging features a cool crushed champagne metallic design.





# Stila Written in the Stars Glitter&Glow liquid eyeshadows set – $25.00

I saw this set last week on Nordstrom and it immediately caught my eye (no pun intended). This is a limited-edition trio of eyeshadows that add starry-eyed sparkle to your lids. I can imagine how gorgeous this may look in our eyes, they truly look very pigmented!







# Urban Decay Heavy Metal Glitter eyeliner – $20.00

It looks like this week we have a common: Glitter! Maybe its coincidence that almost every brand decided to launch products with glitter or maybe it’s because the holidays theme.

These are eyeliners with a water-based, buildable formula that contains superfine glitter in a clear bare that dries down quickly and really stays put. It’s available in 6 shades: Catcall, Gamma ray, Grid, Punk Rock, Pyro and Stix and bones. I’m curious about Punk Rock and Catcall and you?





# Lalicious Sugar Scrub Tower Collection – $39.00

Also in Nordstrom, I saw this towering tube of fragrant sugar scrubs. This collection contains pure sugar cane crystals that gently slough away dry skin cells to reveal a youthful and even skin tone.

Cold-pressed coconut and sweet almond oils nourish and deeply moisturize, leaving akin deliciously soft.


  • Brown Sugar Vanilla Scrub (2 oz.): a decadente mix of vanilla and caramel.

Lately I’ve been feeling my hands dry, so when I saw this limited-edition trio of L’Occitane favorites, presented in a festive keepsake ornament, I thought ‘This is ideal for me’. Secondly, I never tried anything from this brand. And this is a good start. The set includes: Shea Butter Ultra Rich Body Lotion (1 oz.); Almond Delicious Hands Lotion (0.3 oz.); Verbena Extra-Gentle Soap (1.7 oz.)

I love Verbena fragrance, so the Extra-Gentle Soap probably will be my favorite product from this set. The smooth Shea Butter Ultra Rich onto moist body is perfect to use after showering or bathing or anytime skin feels dry or tight. Massage a small amount of Almond Delicious Hands onto the backs and palms of your hands with large circular motions.


# Odacité Powder-to-Foam Cleanser – $55.00 (€49.59)

I don’t know if you feel the same but every day I see new cleansers, but this one caught my attention. Basically, it helps remove skin’s surface impurities, leaving skin fresh and clean. It is available in multiple formulations so you can choose the one that bests suit your mood. Activate the powder to foam with the addition of a couple drops of water. Massage into skin to cleanse away impurities, allowing it to work for a few minutes. Remove using a muslin cloth. Finish with a second rinse using a muslin cloth and cold water. Use three times per week. Looks interesting, right?


# Boscia Luminizing Pink Mask with Charcoal – $34.00

I saw this set on Sephora’s website and I’m torn if this is for me. According to them it’s good for normal, dry and combination skin type. It drawn my attention because, the box it’s beautiful and my skin needs a good hydration boost.

Basically, this is a limited-edition holiday set with three bestselling favorites for luxurious moisture all winter long. This set is the solution for winter dryness! So maybe in a few months this will be perfect for me.  Normally on winter my skin is drier.

# Hiro Cosmetics Space balm – €24.95

A concealer, eye primer and eyeshadow transformer in one, available in 6 shades. Because the naturals pigment self-adjust to your skin tone, it is difficult to find a wrong match. According to the website this product covers up spots, blemishes, redness and dark circles without being greasy.

I’m tainted to buy one and try because I have dark circles and I still didn’t find a concealer that I love. This is extremely lightweight, allowing your skin to breath and glow, this is promising.

# Lovinah Power Cleansing Balm – $55.00

I saw this product on Instagram, and it immediately made me curious. It’s a emulsifying cleansing balm that gently dissolves makeup, leaving the skin soft. According to the information’s I’ve been gathering, this is a powerful detox cleansing balm that includes moringa oleifera that is loaded with vitamins and minerals, Red African Sandalwood, that grows mostly in Africa and its loaded with natural skin soothing and detoxifying properties. Baobab is super rich in nutrients, rare fatty acids, vitamins and antioxidants which help protect skin free radicals damage. It contains a very high Vitamin C content (8x more than a orange) which helps the skin’s elasticity.
