Yves Rocher Mat Eyeliner REVIEW

Hello beauties,

If there’s one thing I never have too much when it comes to makeup, is a good eyeliner. I think it is one of the makeup products that I have in more quantity.

If you are like me, you know how difficult it is to find a good eyeliner – matte, really black, easy to apply and that lasts all day. This is the dream when it comes to this piece of makeup.

So, I try and try eyeliners until I can say that I found the one. I think when it comes to the price/quality I already found one pretty good but that’s for another post.

Today I’m going to talk about my newest eyeliner – the Yves Rocher Mat Eyeliner.

This claimes to be a matte black eyeliner, that lasts all day with a really nice prince (8,95€). And I promisse that this will be probably the shortest post because I don’t have a lot to say.

It’s matte? Yes, really matte but without creating dry spots.

It’s black? Yes, really black. Probably one of the blackest eyeliners that I tried.

Can you build it? Yes, you can achieve a fine line (with a lot of patience) but also bold cat looks. the best is that you can apply more than one layer without any problem and without taking away whay you already had.

It’s easy to use? No, not at all. It’s probably the most difficult eyeliner that I tried. The secret is to take almost all the product of the point of the brush, because if you apply too much product it can turn out a mess (eyeliner on top, bottom, side…eyeliner everywhere). The good think is that it’s easy to repair with a cotton swab and some micellar water.

It takes time to dry but then becomes full matte and during that time you can clean up any bits that may have smudged.
