I love breakfast, and I love to innovate and not eat always the same. But sometimes it’s difficult to have ideas of what to prepare.
So, if you are like me, I’m going to show you 7 breakfast that I made and you can try them (making them, I mean).
- Papaya boat
Maybe my favorite breakfast of the moment. It is so easy to make. You just need half a papaya, yogurt of your choice and granola. That’s the base of this recipe, then you can add a toppings of your choice.
- Chia Pudding
When I know that my morning will be busy and I’m on a rush, I make this breakfast. It is prepared on the night before and in the morning you just need to put some fruit of your choice and add other toppings.
Usually I do this breakfast on the weekend when I have time. It takes a little more of time, because you need to cook it. You can do with banana, apple, or like this one with mango.
I love to eat eggs in the morning. I do in many ways, scramble, fried (with no fat), poached, omellete, etc… Usually I accompanied it with fruit.
Who doesn’t love an avocado toast. I do. Usually mine are quite simple. Just a gluten free bread and half avocado with oregano and pepper.
- Yogurt with granola and fruit
That is my most common breakfast and the most easy to prepare. You just need yogurt, granola (my homemade granola) and some fruit. I always include cinnamon, because I love cinnamon and for me it goes well with everything. In this picture the fruit of choice was pineapple.
It’s not my usually breakfast, but sometimes I like to do it. They are so tasty, the toppings is according to your taste.
