Bali Body Essentials | Hair care Edition Review |

Hello beauties,

Today is an exciting day for the haircare world.

Bali Body has already accustomed us to releases that surprised us. The truth is that we are big fans of this brand and today they launched a new line and we are here to celebrate it! The line is called Essentials and this time we can count on Bodycare and haircare products.

Bali Body Essentials

We are lucky girls, because we had the opportunity to try before anyone else the products, to test and give you, beauties our honest review.

As you know we are two girls, so we divided the products. I (Joana) got to try the hair products – the shampoo and conditioner! If you want to check the post where Rita talked about the Bodycare products, click here.

Both, the shampoo and conditioner makes the perfect duo to hydrate, smooth and give the hair a healthy look with a natural glow.

This review is sponsored by Bali Body but our thoughts are always honest.

Bali Body Essential Hydrating Shampoo

PRICE & PACKAGING

The Bali Body Hydrating Shampoo retails for 21.95€ and is available at Bali Body. The Hydrating Shampoo is housed in a large nude-colored plastic bottle with a pump. I love this kind of bottle, with a pump when it comes to hair products. It’s practical, easy to control the quantity we want and you’ll appreciate it when you have five minutes to wash your hair. It’s also cleaner!

Bali Body Essentials – Hydrating Shampoo

FORMULA

This shampoo is composed by a multiple of plants and fruits, giving it a powerful parfum that is not bad, almost like that treatment shampoos that you buy in a pharmacy. That for me is not bad, being a pharmacist, that for me means efficacy.
Love the texture of the products, the shampoo is a transparent gel that also purifies the scalp. Something that me and my mom noticed.

Some of the components are Avocado oil, shea butter and plant based keratin to give the hair hydration; It also has some vitamins to nourish, smooth and the hair from the root to the tips.

Final thoughts

Once more, I asked for the help of a professional hairdresser, AKA, my mom, to write a more realist opinion about both products (if you don’t know, she’s a hairstylist). First let’s talk about the packaging. I love this line, love the colors, the minimalism, much in vogue now. My favorite package of Bali Body until now, can’t wait to see what this brand has for the future.

Bali Body Essentials – Hydrating Shampoo / Conditioner

I asked my mother to wash and treat my hair and she immediately noticed that the comb and the rest of the applications were easier to perform, and in the end everything was quicker.

After rinsing my hair, I noticed a smoother and lighter hair – with a natural glow. I think I could do perform a scene from a movie, when you move your hair in a sexy slow motion.

My final opinion is that these are amazing products, I didn’t feel that it made the hair greasy, and after some days it still shines but in a good way, looks smooth, so much that I want to touch it all the time!

You can find these products, as well as the other products in the Essentials line, here.
