You know that everything starts from inside out in the body, so it’s very important for you to pay attention to the amount of water ingested daily! Water is so important, it has a direct impact on skin’s health – helps eliminate toxins, keeps the skin away from blackheads, pimples and more.

Food! This is another thing that influences the health of our skin. Fried food rich in fat oils increase the sebaceous production, consequently can generate something that nobody loves – blackheads and pimples. If you are having problems with skin, consult a dermatologist and a nutritionist.

Do you know the importance of a good night’s sleep? You may not know, but it can interfere with the health and good appearance of our skin! Remember, skin also needs to recover from exposure and aggressions of everyday life, such as pollution, sun and other external agents. A good night’s sleep will help with cell renewal and absorption of the active products applied in the Night skincare routine.
